NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CORNWALL FIELD TRIAL SOCIETY (ID 569)

In accordance with the Kennel Club Regulation announcement with regards to the conduct of business:

C5.e. The Kennel Club Board may direct that provisions within a registered society constitution may be relaxed or suspended for a fixed period, to allow society business to proceed when circumstances beyond the control of the society so require.

The Annual General Meetings will be held on Wednesday 17th April 2025
at
Helland Village Hall, Helland, Bodmin, Cornwall PL30 4QB
Commencing at 7.15pm

Any member wishing to attend the meeting is asked to contact the Acting Secretary by email secretary@cftsoc.com by 10th April 2025

Nominations for any Officers positions and Committee members for 2025 must, with reference to the guidance from the Kennel Club in C5.e and in accordance with the Society’s Rules, have a Proposer and Seconder and acknowledged by the Nominee to show their willingness to stand. These must reach the Secretary no later than 20th March 2025, in writing either by email to the acting Secretary Sue Bailey at secretary@cftsoc.com or post to Mrs Sue Bailey, Burrator, Tremar Coombe, Liskeard, PL14 5EL

If any member has a subject they wish to be discussed at the AGM, it must be put in writing to the Acting Secretary by 20th March 2025 either by email or post as above.

If no ballot is required all officers and committee members nominated will take office from the conclusion of the 2025 AGM on the 17th April . If a ballot is required, the members will be advised with relevant arrangements.
